In the above video you can see a physical warm-up that I use to activate my muscles (Before stretching) to dance & choreography and stretching. One of the most useful parts of the warm-up is the side stretching transition into the single hamstring folded stretch. For me, this is extremely useful stretch as having torn my hamstring in the past this is a great mobility exercise to ensure I don’t injure myself. It is challenge for me as I have tight hamstrings so doing it is more painful than other stretches. In the future, I would really like to be able to get my face to my knee and I plan that this goal will be achievable by Christmas. In the future I also plan to incorporate more hamstring stretches into my warm-up routine in order to be able to get a straightened back leg in my leaps as this is a piece of feedback I received from Shakeel.
