Vocal warmup plan

This is my first iteration of the vocal warmup I have devised. It involves exercises that ground me, open up my lungs in the correct way, introduces sound, and stretches my tongue. This warmup can be taken throughout my working life and is easily adjusted and changed to suit whatever work I am doing. One of the most helpful exercises for me personally is the slightly voiced breaths. This exercise reminds me to not force the breath out, instead let the noise fall out of my body. What I struggled with when doing the warmup in front of others was feeling as though I was doing the exercise wrong, so I need to build up my confidence in the fact that I know what I am doing in the warmup. I also need to focus more on how the process makes me more ready for performing, so it should excite me rather than make me feel more nervous.
