I learned a lot of new things throughout the entire synthesizer’s usage procedures. This is the first time I have used a synthesizer in my composion, so I have explored synthesizers a lot. In my songs, I incorporated synthesizers in the intro, coda and chorus part to create a sad atmosphere for the entire song. In the selection of synthesizers for the intro and coda, I made a rectification through the selected synthesizer sounds, adding some delay and reverb effects. In the chorus part, I tried to imitate the woodwind sound to enhance the atmosphere of the entire song and make the chorus part more complex. In conclusion, I think exploring synthesizer tones is a very good learning process.
