Practice Routine
Every practice session I try to start with a variety of rudiments, which allows for a more diverse and effective warm up. I choose rudiments which target different techniques and these vary every time depending on what needs work, I then apply these rudiments with different foot patterns to build up my coordination skills. A list of the rudiments that I might use to warm up include:

- Single Strokes
- Paradiddles
- Double stroke rolls

Critical Feedback
The video below shows how I would assess my playing and what I would do to improve on the weaknesses. This links back to the Kolb’s Learning Cycle.
Learning something new
This section shows how I would go about learning something completely new. I am using an Elvin Jones Lick I found online as an example.
