This is a basic version of the warm-up we use with Shakeel in dance. The running throughout is a really important part as the main aim is to warm up our bodies in order to avoid injury. its espacilly necessary for me as i have overstrained without warming up in the past and it caused me to lose my splits as streching becaome very painful as im trying to regain my splits and overal flexability i have learnt that this is a quick but effective warm up and is esaplly adabtable if i wnated to add in more. if i were to cut it down even more i would focus mainly on the first hath as that involves running and doing the mian warm up vs the end involves specfic body parts whihc arnt as importnt and are less likely to be strained
