Warm up task
The warm up I performed in the video is my general stretching for voice. The reason I used this minute cut is because of feed back I revived from Joe my loverly voice teacher. She pointined out that my air flow may have been restricted by my posture. She surgested that the sports I have played and gym work have created a lot of tension in my upper body. N
To fix this I was given a few shoulder stretches to do that open up my front chest and give me more space to breathe. Inititaly this has started to work opening my body up but I have struggled to soften my stirnum. So for my development I aim to relax my chest to further increase breath flow allowing me to keep my voice healthy and comfortably build up vocal longevity.
