To create a slow cinematic piece with synths on LogicPro, I started by developing a concept, focusing on the mood and emotions I want to convey. I then selected synth sounds I connected with, such as lush pads and the atmospheric textures, to build the foundation of the piece.

Next, I outlined the structure, dividing it into sections like intro, build up, climax, and resolution. I layered different sounds, using various octaves and harmonies to add depth and emotion. I applied effects like reverb and delay to create a spacious, immersive sound, and experimented with modulation effects for added movement. 

I composed the melodies and harmonies, ensuring they compliment each other, and I used MIDI to program the synths with varying velocities for a natural feel. I used automation to control parameters like volume and effects, adding dynamic ranged throughout the piece. I made sure to mix and balance the track, applying any final adjustments/harmonies. 

I enjoyed making this piece as I felt like I related to the emotion and feel of the melody, I enjoy working with synthesisers as I fell they can have a cinematic and beautiful vibe.
